Friday, May 29th – 7p-8pm: Naked or Not Yoga!  Come in your birthday suit, underwear and bra or your sweats and explore yoga for all. Beginners welcome and more experienced yogis will be challenged in this all levels yoga class. We will review basic poses and work on breathing with our movement to allow the free flow of energy. Get limber before getting your licks or breaking out that whip. By the end of class the final relaxation will prepare you for the night ahead. Only $10!
